Returns Policy

From the day of complete order details received by IDUKAN.com it will take 14 days for the order to be deliver to you.
Complete order is described as all details related to product, which helps IDUKAN.com to develop it according to customer's specification and interest.
In case of bulk orders, time would be specified according to the order details.
Orders cannot be delivered on P.O. Box numbers, as our shipping concern does not handle these types of shipments nor does our credit card processing company allow us to deliver our shipment on a P.O. Box.
Incase of a third party shipment, (any other address than your credit card billing address) you will have to send your Driver License or some other form of Identification with a duly signed authority letter allowing us to deliver your order to any other address than your credit card billing address.
Return of Delivered Item
The order could only be returned in case of mis-management of order.
Mis-management is described as, not use of the described material, sizes, colors or not providing the complete product.
We will only accept return of goods in original condition.
Order cannot be refunded in any other case.
If the order is shipped correctly according to the specifications in order but the client finds it not suitable. Company considers it client's responsibility to provide correct specifications when placing order.
Used item in any case cannot be refunded.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
